PLACE AN ORDER

Placing an order is easy and simple:

• Simply browse through the different product categories and click on the image to access the specific product page and view size and material information.

• Select your item and add it to your shopping cart using the "ADD TO CART" button.

• To view all the items you have selected, click on the "BAG" icon at the top right of the page. To remove a product from your shopping cart, click on the "REMOVE" button next to the item.

• To continue with the purchase process after viewing your basket, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING".

• To process your purchase, click on "START PAYMENT".

• Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and are available to any customer until you make payment.

• Our Customer Service will be happy to help you place an order via chat.

You do not need an account to purchase, you can place your order as a guest customer. OEOE recommends creating an account to enjoy all the benefits of having an account, such as saving your contact information, purchase cards and address.

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the registration page and following the instructions.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email as an acknowledgement of receipt. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. You will also receive an order confirmation after we have checked all your details and confirmed the availability of your order. The contract between OEOE and you will become effective when the items are shipped from our warehouse.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, AMEX, AMEX Debit Card, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay. Please note that your card issuer may require additional payment authentication such as Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code and Amex SafeKey.

Our goal is not mass production, since all bags are made entirely by hand and due to certain peculiarities of their design, their production is complicated.

The process of making a bag has several phases, from the selection of leather and fittings, cutting the pattern, assembly and final details that can take between two and three weeks.

Your package is insured by OEOE during transport and until delivery. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point the items become your responsibility.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with all the courier details and the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

We are sorry, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.
