Exchanges and Returns

Our customer service department offers an after-sales service to resolve any issues with our items or shipping, through which we strive to provide quick and efficient service to our customers. To make an exchange or return, please email us at hello@oeoehandbags.com. How do I make a return?

Returns

At OEOE Handbags, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That's why you have 29 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused , in their original packaging , with boxes, dust bags , and protective film on hardware intact .

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, are damaged, are missing their original packaging, or are incomplete.

Shipping Times and Costs

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

  • Deadline: 29 days.

  • Cost: Shipping costs €15 + 3% bank commission.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: In addition to the above charges, customs fees will apply.

Europe (European Union)

  • Cost: Shipping costs €30 + 3% bank commission.

United Kingdom

  • Cost: Shipping costs £30 + 3% bank commission.

Andorra

  • Cost: Shipping costs €20 + 3% bank commission + customs management fees.

USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia

  • Cost: Shipping costs $50 + 3% bank commission + customs management costs.

Rest of Countries

  • Cost: Shipping costs €75 + 3% bank commission + customs management costs.

How to Make a Return

  1. Access our returns portal.

  2. Enter your order number and the email address linked to your purchase at OEOE Handbags .

  3. Select the items you wish to return and follow the steps provided.

For international returns:

  • Print your return label and three copies of your commercial invoice .

  • Place the documentation on the outside of the package and deliver it to your nearest drop-off point.

For returns from Italy, Portugal, Spain or Israel:

  • The local identification number is required to register the return.

Processing time:

Returns may take up to 5 business days to process from receipt at our warehouse.

Note: If you made your purchase through a partner store, you must process the return according to that store's policy.


Refunds

Once the return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days . We will send you an email confirming the transaction.

We do not make direct changes.
If you want a different model or color, you will have to return the original order and place a new one.

Personalized Items

Personalized or monogrammed products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned, unless there is an error on the part of OEOE Handbags .

The customer is responsible for errors such as:

  • Incorrect color selection.

  • Wrong amount.

  • Typographical errors in initials or texts.

If you notice any problems with your custom order, please contact us at hello@oeoehandbags.com within 29 days of receiving it .

If the error was ours, we will fix it free of charge.

We recommend that you carefully review all the details of your order before confirming it.
