RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer fast and efficient attention to our customers. To make an exchange or return, send us an email to hello@oeoehandbags How to make a return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19 and subsequent amendments). You only have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The shipping costs incurred by the return of a product are the responsibility of the customer. It is very important that you return the exchange or return product(s) to us perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, OEOE Handbags will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund its amount according to the payment method used, and if applicable, to send the new product:

– The product in question must be sent in the original packaging in which it was received. Once these conditions have been met, you must send an email to hello@oeoehandbags.com, indicating the delivery note number, reasons for return and the product to be returned.

– A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, which must also indicate the returned products and the reason for the return.

– If applicable, OEOE Handbags will not be obliged to collect the damaged product and the user must contact the Supplier’s After-Sales Service. In this regard, OEOE Handbags will take the actions aimed at providing users who request it with the contact details of said service and will provide them with sufficient information to file the relevant claims.

– Once the product has been returned, when it reaches OEOE Handbags, we will examine that it meets the return conditions detailed above and if everything is correct, we will proceed to credit your credit card or Paypal account with the purchase amount, based on the defective product.

In accordance with the legal regulations on the right of withdrawal, it will not be applicable to orders relating to:

- The supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 59 c) of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”), the right of withdrawal, cancellation or return is excluded in the case of Orders relating to custom-made or clearly personalised Products.

Products purchased through the OEOE Handbags Online Store that have been personalized or are part of a special pre-order do not allow Exchanges or Returns under any circumstances.

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift Cards
    • Custom-made designs (“Made to order”)

OEOE Handbags is not responsible if the item(s) you wish to return to the OEOE Handbags Online Store is lost, misdirected or sent out of time. In this case, the customer is responsible for the risks of shipping their purchase.

Please note that returned items must be saleable. Customized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

The product must be returned in its original box, in perfect condition and inside the protective cloth bag.

SHIPMENTS TO ANDORRA, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

Returns are not accepted for shipments to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
