2) Acceptance and acceptance test
The purchase of the products must be done by activating the “ADD TO BASKET” button that appears at the bottom of the purchase request page, and expresses the total acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions as they are shown on the OEOE Handbags website prior to the purchase of the products, without any new changes that may occur in the clauses of the General Conditions subsequently being applicable.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of OEOE Handbags Client as described in these General Conditions. Any product or service subsequently offered by OEOE Handbags must be the subject of a new contract.

3) Prices, Payment Method, Delivery and Withdrawal

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, with VAT (Value Added Tax) being indicated on all of them.

OEOE Handbags reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the website at any time and without prior notice, and may update products and services daily based on market conditions.

3.3 Shipping and delivery costs
Delivery of orders depends on production and delivery times are indicated on the purchase page.
We recommend that you use an address where someone can personally receive the package during business hours.
OEOE Handbags is not responsible for customs costs. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must pay the import DUAs.

If the Customer makes a mistake when sending the data, he/she may modify it by writing to hello@oeoehandbags.com. If the modified data refers to the postal address where the Customer has requested the delivery of the purchased product, provided that the product has not been sent, said delivery will be made to the new address indicated. Otherwise, the Customer must wait for the delivery to be made and then initiate the appropriate return procedures.
3.4 Withdrawal

Christmas campaign exchange policy: All purchases made between November 1 and December 15 can be exchanged/returned until January 15

Products must be returned:

Otherwise, the return may be denied.
OEOE Handbags will coordinate the collection of the product at the address specified by the customer. Only returns managed by OEOE Handbags with its transport agency will be accepted.
If you wish to receive a refund, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.
Returns will not be accepted with postage due.
Express shipping charges will not be refunded.

4) Artisanal Nature of the Products:
Unless otherwise indicated, the products offered on “THE WEBSITE” are handcrafted using natural raw materials (leather, etc.) and are not exempt from the nuances and imperfections inherent to them. Consequently, the user accepts any lack of uniformity that may arise from the use of such raw materials and the handcrafted nature of the product.
