Terms and Conditions
1) Identification data
The website http://oeoehandbags.com where you formalize your purchase is owned by OEOE Handbags S.L.

2) Acceptance and proof of acceptance
The purchase of products must be made by activating the "ADD TO CART" button that appears at the bottom of the purchase request, and expresses full acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions as shown on the OEOE Handbags Website prior to the acquisition of the products, without the new features that may arise in the General Conditions clause applying subsequently.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of OEOE Handbags Client as described in these General Conditions. Any product or service offered subsequently by OEOE Handbags must be subject to a new contract.
If the Client wishes to read the General Conditions in more detail, they can print them on paper or save the document in electronic format, or consult them on the Website.
OEOE Handbags will send the Client, once these General Conditions have been expressly accepted, justification of the contract made, with all its terms, by email, within 24 hours of the purchase.
OEOE Handbags informs you that it stores the electronic documents in which purchases are formalized.
3) Prices, Payment Method, Delivery and Withdrawal
3.1 Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, all of them including VAT (Value Added Tax).
Offers will be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the offer price.
OEOE Handbags reserves the right to make modifications to the website, at any time and without prior notice, that it deems appropriate, being able to update products and services daily depending on the market.
3.2 Payment method
The payment methods accepted for our customers are:
- Credit card: VISA and MasterCard or debit.
- Paypal
- Shopify Pay
We also accept payments with Apple Pay and installments with Klarna
* All payments are processed through a secure payment system provided by Shopify.
3.3 Shipping costs and deliveries
The delivery of orders depends on their production and delivery times are indicated on the purchase page.
We recommend that you use an address where someone can receive the package in person during business hours.
OEOE Handbags is not responsible for customs costs. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must bear the import DUAs.
For any questions about shipping or to report any incident, you can contact us here or by emailing hello@oeoehandbags.com at any time.
If the Client makes an error when sending the data, they can modify them by writing to hello@oeoehandbags.com. If the modified data refers to the postal address where the Client has requested the purchased product to be delivered, as long as the product has not been shipped, said shipment will be made to the new address indicated. Otherwise, the Client must wait for the delivery to be effective and then initiate the appropriate return procedures.
3.4 Withdrawal
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied and to shop again at oeoehandbags.com.
Christmas campaign exchange policy: All purchases made between November 1 and December 15 can be exchanged/returned until January 15.
Procedure:
Request the return by Email to hello@oeoehandbags.com within no more than 29 business days following the date of receipt of the product with the following information:
a) Reason for the return.
b) Collection address.
Products must be returned:
a) In their original condition, along with any related accessories, and must not have been used, washed or damaged.
b) With their original labels.
c) With their original packaging.
Otherwise, the return may be refused.
OEOE Handbags will coordinate the collection of the product at the address specified by the customer. Only returns managed by OEOE Handbags with its transport agency will be accepted.
In the event that you wish a refund, you will receive the amount by the same method with which you made the payment.
Returns by freight collect will not be accepted.
The amount of express shipping will not be refunded.

4) Handmade Nature of the Products:
Unless otherwise indicated, the products offered on "THE WEBSITE" are handmade with natural raw materials (leather, etc.) not exempt from the nuances and imperfections inherent to them. Consequently, the user accepts that the eventual lack of uniformity that may derive from the use of such raw materials and the handmade nature of the product.
Likewise, information will be provided about any chromatic discrepancies that may exist between the colors that the user may see and those of the products, since the type and calibration of the user's monitors or viewing devices (over which "The Organizer" has no control) may offer variations in terms of tones, saturation, brightness and other characteristics of the colors.
5) Language
The language in which the contract between OEOE Handbags and the Client will be perfected is Spanish, as well as English for international sales.
6) Responsibilities of OEOE Handbags
OEOE Handbags guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the Website.
All rights guaranteed to consumers and users by current laws are guaranteed.
Failure to comply with any of these General Conditions may result in the return of products or the cancellation of services acquired by the Client.
7) User Account.
The Website offers Users the possibility to create an account through an online form to be filled with the required data.
Users will be fully responsible for the use of their User account. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of the User name and/or passwords that allow access to their account, and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow third parties access.
By virtue of the foregoing, Users must immediately notify OEOE Handbags by email at hello@oeoehandbags.com of any improper use of their Username and/or password, due to circumstances such as theft, loss or unauthorized access to them, so that OEOE Handbags can proceed to their cancellation or blocking and/or disabling as soon as OEOE Handbags becomes aware of the improper use of their User Account. Until such facts are communicated, OEOE Handbags will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use of User names or passwords by unauthorized third parties.
8) Responsibilities of the Client
The Client undertakes to make lawful use of the Services, without contravening current legislation, or harming the rights and interests of third parties.
The Client guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided when completing the contracting forms, avoiding causing damage to OEOE Handbags due to their incorrectness.
Failure to comply with any of these Conditions may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the Services by OEOE Handbags without prior notice to the Client and without giving rise to any compensation.
9) Industrial and Intellectual Property
The industrial and intellectual property rights over the works, brands, logos, and any other susceptible of protection, contained on the OEOE Handbags website belong exclusively to OEOE Handbags or to third parties who have authorized their inclusion on the website. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of such works, brands, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of the industrial and intellectual property rights of OEOE Handbags or the owner thereof, and may give rise to the exercise of any judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights.
Likewise, the information to which the Client can access through the website, may be protected by industrial, intellectual or other property rights. OEOE Handbags will not be responsible in any case and under any concept for the infringements of such rights that it may commit as a user.
The provision of personal data through our portal requires the express acceptance of our WEB Privacy Policy
10) Data protection
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the User is informed that their personal data will be incorporated into files owned by OEOE Handbags for customer management purposes and for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes, including the sending (via postal, email or other electronic means) of commercial communications about products, services, offers, promotions and news from OEOE Handbags.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as revoke the consent given for the sending of commercial communications, by sending an email to hello@oeoehandbags.com.
11) Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that will hear the matter, if applicable, will be those provided by the legal regulations applicable in matters of competent jurisdiction, which, in the case of end consumers, will be the place of performance of the obligation or the domicile of the buyer.
All this without prejudice to the Client's right to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Board of their demarcation.
In the case of a sale made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
