Terms and Conditions of Contract
1) Identification data
The website http://oeoehandbags.com where you formalize your purchase is owned by RIVAGELINE, SL (hereinafter, Rivageline), Paseo de Gracia, 41, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, CIF n° B-65690679.

2) Acceptance and acceptance test
The purchase of the products must be made by activating the "ADD TO BASKET" button that appears at the bottom of the purchase request page, and expresses full acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions as they appear on the OEOE Handbags website prior to the purchase of the products, without any new changes that may appear in the clauses of the General Conditions being applicable thereafter.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of OEOE Handbags Customer, as described in these General Conditions. Any product or service subsequently offered by OEOE Handbags must be subject to a new contract.
If the Customer wishes to read the General Conditions in more detail, they may print them on paper or save them electronically, or consult them on the Website.
Once these General Conditions have been expressly accepted, OEOE Handbags will send the Customer proof of the purchase, including all its terms, via email within 24 hours of the purchase.
OEOE Handbags informs you that it archives the electronic documents in which purchases are formalized.
3) Prices, Payment Method, Delivery and Withdrawal
3.1 Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website at the date of the order, with VAT (Value Added Tax) included in all prices.
Offers will be duly marked and identified as such, appropriately indicating the previous price and the offer price.
OEOE Handbags reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the website at any time and without prior notice, and may update products and services daily based on market trends.
3.2 Payment method
The payment methods accepted by our customers are:
- Credit card: VISA and MasterCard or debit.
- Paypal
- Shopify Pay
We also accept payments with Apple Pay and split payments with Klarna.
* All payments are processed through a secure payment system provided by Shopify.
3.3 Shipping and delivery costs
Order delivery depends on production, and delivery times are indicated on the purchase page.
We recommend that you use an address where someone can receive the package personally during business hours.
OEOE Handbags is not responsible for customs fees. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must pay the import duties.
For any questions about shipping or to report any issues, you can contact us here or at any time at hello@oeoehandbags.com.
If the Customer makes a mistake when submitting their information, they may modify it by writing to hello@oeoehandbags.com. If the modified information refers to the postal address where the Customer requested delivery of the purchased product, provided the product has not been shipped, the delivery will be made to the new address provided. Otherwise, the Customer must wait for delivery to be completed and then initiate the appropriate return procedures.
3.4 Withdrawal
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied and return to oeoehandbags.com.
Christmas campaign exchange policy: All purchases made between November 1st and December 15th may be exchanged/returned until January 15th.
Procedure:
Request a return by email to hello@oeoehandbags.com within 29 business days of receiving the product, with the following information:
a) Reason for return.
b)Pickup address.
Products must be returned:
a) In their original condition, together with any accessories related to them, and cannot be used, washed or damaged.
b)With their original labels
c)With its original packaging
Otherwise, the refund may be denied.
OEOE Handbags will coordinate the collection of the product at the address specified by the customer. Only returns processed by OEOE Handbags through its shipping agency will be accepted.
If you request a refund, you will receive the amount using the same method you used to make the payment.
Returns with postage due will not be accepted.
Express shipping costs will not be refunded.

4) Artisanal Nature of the Products:
Unless otherwise indicated, the products offered on "THE WEBSITE" are handcrafted with natural raw materials (leather, etc.) and are subject to their inherent nuances and imperfections. Consequently, the user accepts any lack of uniformity that may arise from the use of such raw materials and the handcrafted nature of the product.
Likewise, information will be provided regarding any chromatic discrepancies that may exist between the colors that the user may see and those of the products themselves, since the type and calibration of the user's monitors or viewing devices (over which "The Organizer" has no control) may offer variations in terms of tones, saturation, brightness and other characteristics of the colors.
5) Language
The contract between OEOE Handbags and the Client will be concluded in Spanish, and English for international sales.
6) Responsibilities of OEOE Handbags
OEOE Handbags guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the Website.
All rights granted to consumers and users by current laws are guaranteed.
Failure to comply with any of these General Conditions may result in the return of the products or the cancellation of the Services purchased by the Client.
7) User Account.
The Website offers Users the opportunity to create an account through an online form to be filled out with the required information.
Users shall be fully responsible for the use of their user account. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper safekeeping and confidentiality of the username and/or passwords that allow access to their account, and they agree not to transfer their use to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow third parties access.
Pursuant to the foregoing, Users must immediately notify OEOE Handbags via email at hello@oeoehandbags.com of any misuse of their User Name and/or password due to circumstances such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access. This will enable OEOE Handbags to cancel, block, and/or disable the User Account as soon as OEOE Handbags becomes aware of the misuse. Until such events are reported, OEOE Handbags will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of User Names or passwords by unauthorized third parties.
8) Customer Responsibilities
The Client undertakes to make lawful use of the Services, without violating current legislation or harming the rights and interests of third parties.
The Client guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when completing the contract forms, avoiding any damages to OEOE Handbags resulting from any incorrect information.
Failure to comply with any of these Terms may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the Services by OEOE Handbags without prior notice to the Client and without entitling the Client to any compensation.
9) Industrial and Intellectual Property
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the works, trademarks, logos, and any other rights susceptible to protection contained on the OEOE Handbags website belong exclusively to OEOE Handbags or to third parties that have authorized their inclusion on the website. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or transformation of such works, trademarks, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of OEOE Handbags or their owner and may give rise to any judicial or extrajudicial actions that may be available to them in the exercise of their rights.
Likewise, the information the Customer may access through the website may be protected by industrial, intellectual, or other property rights. OEOE Handbags shall not be liable under any circumstances for any infringement of such rights that you may commit as a user.
The provision of personal data through our portal requires the express acceptance of our WEB Privacy Policy
10) Data protection
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the User is informed that their personal data will be incorporated into files owned by OEOE Handbags for customer management purposes and for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes, including the sending (via post, email or other electronic means) of commercial communications about products, services, offers, promotions and news from OEOE Handbags.

11) Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that will hear the matter, where appropriate, will be those provided for by the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction, which, in the case of final consumers, will depend on the place of performance of the obligation or the domicile of the purchasing party.
All of this without prejudice to the Client's right to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Board in their area.
In the event of a sale between a company, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
