Art and Design in Dialogue - OEOE + Ron Mills-Pinyas

Ron Mills-Pinyas' solo exhibition and collaboration with OEOE at Villa del Arte, Mandarin Hotel, Barcelona, Spain

Villa del Arte is pleased to present the new solo exhibition by artist Ron Mills-Pinyas, which will open on Thursday, June 12, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mandarin Hotel.

In this exhibition, the public will be able to enjoy nine recent mixed-media works, in which the artist continues his exploration of memory, perception, and poetic abstraction. Each creation offers a space for contemplation, where color and form invite a profound sensorial experience.

Complementing this exhibition is a very special collaboration with Anna Busquets, founder of the Spanish design firm OEOE. With a focus on artisanal tradition and contemporary design, OEOE presents a collection of unique handbags that visually and conceptually engage with Mills-Pinyas's artistic universe.

For this occasion, Ron Mills-Pinyas has artistically intervened a selection of OEOE bags, transforming each one into a unique piece : functional accessories that are, at the same time, authentic portable works of art.

Committed to sustainability and local production , OEOE works exclusively with artisans in Spain, preserving traditional techniques and focusing on a conscious, durable, and refined design . Far from mass production, each bag is the result of a slow, meticulous, and environmentally friendly process.

This exhibition proposes a conversation between two creative languages—visual art and fashion design—united by the pursuit of authenticity, excellence, and timelessness.
